Triathlon
While triathlon is a sport that involves swimming, biking and running, it has come to mean so much more to me. Triathlon is one of the pillars that my life is now built around. It has taught me discipline, patience and the rewards for hard work. I didn't loose my weight through a diet or as a result of surgery. I took up a sport that seemed near impossible and worked until it became possible. I am a huge believer that triathlon is the most inclusive and amazing sport on the planet and would encourage anyone reading this who thinks it is impossible to give it a tri!
